No Quibble Return Policy

If you are not happy, we are not happy!

 

In the rare case that an item does not fit, is damaged or is simply not what you expected, you can return the product within 30 days.

You must return the item in an unused and unsoiled condition, complete with their original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. You can only return items, if they are unused and in their original packaging and have all of the barcode tags intact and attached to the items. If either the goods or the packaging are not in a re-saleable state, then we may refuse your return request.

Returns within the United Kingdom

Please download and fill out our returns form and send it back to us with your goods. You can buy a DHL return label from us. Once ordered, you will receive the return label within 24 hours via email. You can print the DHL label and glue it to the parcel and drop it off at any local DHL shop.

2. Buy and print DHL return label online (Buy return label here)

3. Drop your parcel off at one of the local DHL or Parcelforce shops (Search for nearest parcel shop)

 

You are not required to use our return service. You can use any other parcel company and return the products at your own cost and responsibility. We recommend sending products back to us only with insured parcel services, since the items remain in your responsibility until they are received by us.

International Returns

You are responsible and have to carry the cost of  the returns. For international returns, please contact us directly and we are trying our best to find a solution. support@pirscher.co.uk

Exchange

Exchanges are processed in 7 business days, if the items are in stock. If your replacement item is out of stock, we will inform you via email. If your exchange results in a price difference with the original order, we will refund or charge you for the difference. We will send you the exchange item for free.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 days. Refunds will be credited to you original payment method.
